Naftogaz confirms Sydorak's appointment as Ukrtransnafta head
The main department of justice in Kyiv has registered Roman Sydorak as the head of PJSC Ukrtransnafta instead of Oleksandr Lazorko, the press service of Naftogaz Ukrainy has said.
"Thus Roman Sydorak has got all the powers to manage the state-owned company," the state holding reported.
According to the press service, all inaccuracies in filing documents, which emerged at the level of the state registrar's executives, were eliminated due to operational cooperation between Naftogaz Ukrainy and the Justice Ministry leadership.
As reported, the Ukrtransnafta supervisory council on April 22 appointed Sydorak third for this year acting board chairman for the period until August 10, 2015. The previously appointed acting board chairmen failed to take office.
