Contact Group on Ukraine starts meeting in Minsk in Russia-Ukraine-OSCE format

The Trilateral Contact Group for settling the conflict in Donbas has started its meeting in a trilateral format in the center of Minsk, Vladyslav Deineho, the self-proclaimed Luhansk people's republic (LPR) envoy to the talks, told Interfax.

"The meeting is so far proceeding in the Russia-Ukraine-OSCE trilateral format," Deineho said.
