Savchenko doesn't admit guilt in final edition of charge - lawyer
Ukrainian pilot Nadia Savchenko, against whom a charge has been brought in the final edition, has again not admitted her guilt, her lawyer Mark Feygin said.
"Indeed, a charge was filed against her in the final edition on Friday. Of course, she has not admitted her guilt," Feygin told Interfax.
Feygin said the charge brought against Savchenko is very different from the charge brought at the initial stage of the investigation.
"We will publish this decree in the nearest future. But I can say that the investigators are trying so hard to finish the investigation that they don't notice all evidence of Nadia's innocence. We will contest the Investigative Committee's decree in court," the lawyer said.
Vladimir Markin from the Investigative Committee said earlier on Friday that Savchenko and her defense lawyers will begin reading the case materials in the near future and then the materials will be sent to court.
