OSCE regards involvement of heavy weapons in DPR and LPR parades as violation of Minsk agreements

The involvement of heavy weapons in May 9 parades in the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics contradicts the terms of the Minsk agreement, a Wednesday report of OSCE special monitoring mission in Ukraine (SSM) says.

"The Russian Federation Armed Forces Colonel-General at the JCCC presented letters from members of both the DPR and LPR that were sent to SMM, stating their intention to parade heavy weapons as part of Victory Day commemorations on May 9. The SMM stressed that such action would be in violation of Minsk agreements," the report says.
