Russia not complying with single clause of Minsk agreements – Foreign Ministry
As of today, Russia has yet not complied with a single clause of the Minsk agreements and there is sufficient evidence to prove this, including the evidence of OSCE monitoring mission observers, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Yevhen Perebyinis has said.
"Recently, we have been hearing from Russian officials at various levels the claims of Ukraine's non-compliance with the Minsk agreements. None of these statements are substantiated by any facts. These are groundless allegations, which are designed to support anti-Ukrainian hysteria in Russian society. At the same time, based on facts and objective data, including data of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission, we can safely say that Russia itself has not implemented a single clause of the Minsk agreements," he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday.
