No investigations currently conducted against Akhmetov - SBU
There are no investigations currently being conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) against businessman Rinat Akhmetov, SBU chief Valentyn Nalyvaichenko has said.
When answering a question from journalists about whether there are any SBU investigations against Akhmetov, and whether a criminal case has been opened against him, Nalyvaichenko said: "No, there are no criminal proceedings [currently being] handled by the SBU. What is more, what we've got is being examined as part of general criminal proceedings by the Prosecutor General's Office, and, as far as I know, there are no serious remarks now."
