Ukraine, Germany to hold business forum early in July – Yatseniuk
Ukraine and Germany are to hold a joint business forum early in July 2015 to attract German investors and businesses, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said.
"The Federal Chancellor has supported the idea of a large business forum in early July. Its goal is to attract investment in the agriculture and energy sectors, in energy efficiency and infrastructure," he said at a joint press conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin on Wednesday evening.
On April 28 Kyiv will host a conference in support of reforms in Ukraine, Yatseniuk said. "We want to announce further steps Ukraine will be taking, including with the assistance of the international community," Yatseniuk said about the upcoming event.
The situation in eastern Ukraine will be a separate subject on the agenda of the conference, he added.
