Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has accepted the resignation of Ihor Bilous, the head of Ukraine's State Fiscal Service.
Addressing a Cabinet meeting on Monday prior to his resignation, Bilous said: "Dear Mr. Yatseniuk, if you permit, I'd like to resign as fiscal service head, so that, at your discretion, the government can decide to announce a tender to hire a worthy professional to head the service and continue the ongoing reforms."
As an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported, Yatseniuk accepted Bilous' resignation and instructed the Finance Ministry to call a tender within two weeks to hire a new fiscal service head.
