EU leaders underline Russia's responsibility for full implementation of Minsk deals
The EU country leaders have called on all parties to swiftly and fully implement the Minsk agreements.
"The European Council called on all parties to swiftly and fully implement the Minsk agreements and honour their commitments, and underlined the Russian authorities' responsibility in this regard," read European Council Conclusions on external relations.
They have said the EU stands ready to support the process, notably as regards the ability of Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and capacity to monitor and verify the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
Besides, they vowed to continue efforts in the trilateral processes on energy and EU-Ukraine DCFTA implementation.
