European council president believes keeping Russia sanctions in place will help Ukraine - media
Keeping up the EU sanctions against Russia until the full implementation of the Minsk accords is one of the best ways to support Ukraine, European Council President Donald Tusk has said.
The implementation of the agreements among other things involves the return of the state border under the control of Ukraine's authorities, the Bloomberg news agency quoted Tusk as saying on Thursday.
