Border Guard Service building facilities on contact line in Donbas – agency chief

Chief of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Viktor Nazarenko has said that his agency continues to build facilities along the contact line in Donbas.

"The Border Guard Service is carrying out corresponding tasks in the demarcation zone. More specifically – equipping engineering facilities, including in technical terms: issuing passes, establishing control and video surveillance systems," Nazarenko said at a press conference in Kyiv on Friday.

Other actions related to the building of fortified constructions are the responsibility of the Defense Ministry, Nazarenko said.
