Unclear where Donbas heavy weapons have been withdrawn to - Stoltenberg
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has said that some heavy weapons have been withdrawn in eastern Ukraine but it is unclear where they have been relocated to.
During a Brussels news conference, he said that the withdrawal of heavy weapons must be "complete and verifiable."
According to Stoltenberg, it is vital that Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) monitors have full access to overseeing the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine and that they have their freedom of movement guaranteed.
