'Normandy Four' diplomats discuss Ukrainian crisis in Berlin
The negotiations on the situation in Ukraine in the 'Normandy format' at the level of representatives of the foreign ministers of Germany, Russia, Ukraine and France have begun in Berlin.
OSCE officials, in particular, OSCE envoy in the Contact Group to Ukraine Heidi Tagliavini and Ertugrul Apakan, the Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine, have also been invited to the negotiations.
Russia is represented in the negotiations by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin.
