Kyiv is urging the international community to impose new sanctions on Russia.
"By its actions, Russia is demonstrating that it is not going to implement the Minsk agreements, in particular, to immediately withdraw its troops and hardware from Ukrainian territory, as is stipulated by the relevant document. In this situation, we are convinced that the international community has no other choice today but force Russia to [make] peace by introducing new and more efficient restrictive measures," Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Yevhen Perebyinis said at a news briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday.
"Russia has once again crossed all red lines, and therefore the Kremlin can be stopped only by urgent consolidated actions by the entire civilized world," he added.
