Poroshenko announces deal with UAE on supplying Ukraine with necessary defensive means

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko views his official visit to the United Arab Emirates as successful and stresses the importance of negotiations and contracts signed by Ukrainian companies at the International Defense Exhibition and Conference IDEX 2015 in Abu Dhabi, the presidential press service reported on Tuesday.

"We have significantly expanded the line of goods on which we cooperate. We have concluded and determined the dates by which the Ukrainian armed forces have to be supplied with the necessary defensive means. I am sure that today's visit was extremely successful," Poroshenko said.
