Kyiv notified about Russia's plans to send another humanitarian convoy to Donbas
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has received notification from the Russian Foreign Ministry about Russia's plans to send another humanitarian cargo to Donbas, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Yevhen Perebyinis said.
"We have received a note from the Russian Foreign Ministry on the intention to send cargo that the Russian side calls humanitarian to Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine," Perebyinis said at a news briefing on Tuesday.
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry had repeatedly pointed out earlier that the delivery of Russia's humanitarian cargo to Donbas had been accomplished without the Ukrainian government's consent and without the observance of the necessary procedures, he said.
