OSCE SMM finds rocket remnants, cargo compartments for cluster munitions after shelling of Kyiv-controlled areas
The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission has found rocket remnants and cargo compartments for cluster munitions after shelling of Kyiv-controlled areas in Donetsk region.
"Five kilometres north-east of government-controlled Starohnativka (48 km south of Donetsk), the SMM observed two 220mm rocket remnants and cargo compartments for cluster munitions protruding from the ground," the OSCE SMM said in a report on February 22.
The Ukrainian authorities reported that the Ukrainian troops in the village of Starohnativka and nearby areas had been repeatedly shelled by artillery, including rocket-launching one.
