Poland to help Ukraine realize Minsk Agreements – Komorowski
Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski has said that Poland will help Ukraine facilitate the realization of the Minsk II Agreements as much as possible.
Poland wishes all the best for Ukraine and will try to help Ukraine in every way possible to implement the Minsk II Agreements that were signed by very important European countries – France, Germany, as well as Russia and Ukraine, he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Sunday.
The Polish President expressed hope that agreements on peacefully settling the conflict in Donbas would be realized. However, he said that threats to peace were clear, for example the recent events in Debaltseve.
Komorowski also said that Poland had to attend the rallies on the anniversary of the Maidan events, as it had supported and would continue to support Ukraine's aspiration for a secure existence and European values.
