OSCE monitors unable to access combat area in east Ukraine – Kyiv operation HQ

Members of the Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE SMM) were unable to visit the area of fighting on Tuesday, anti-terrorist operation (ATO) spokesman Andriy Lysenko has said.

"I would like to remind everyone that obstructing the work of the OSCE mission is a grave violation of the Minsk agreements," he told a press briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday.
