Germany to consider ratification of EU-Ukraine association deal on March 27 - Bundestag president
Bundestag President Norbert Lammert said at a meeting with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko that Germany will consider the ratification of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement on March 27.
"During the meeting, the parties have discussed the interaction in ahead of Germany's ratification of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union. The head of state has expressed hope that the Bundestag will ratify the agreement shortly," the Ukrainian president's press service reported.
In turn, the president of the Bundestag said that the vote on this issue was scheduled for March 27 and assured that German MPs paid much attention to deepening the German-Ukrainian relations.
