Contact Group agrees to pull out foreign units, disarm illegal groups

A package of measures towards the implementation of the Minsk agreements signed at the Contact Group on Thursday requires the withdrawal of all foreign armed units, military hardware and mercenaries from Ukraine under supervision of the OSCE.

The same provision of the document compels the disarmament of all illegal groups.
