Contact Group agrees on withdrawal of foreign troops from Ukraine – Poroshenko

The participants in the talks on Ukraine in Minsk have reached an agreement on the withdrawal of all foreign troops from Ukrainian territory, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said.

"The document contains a clear obligation on the withdrawal of all foreign troops from Ukrainian territory. All mercenaries must be withdrawn from Ukrainian territory in the near future," Poroshenko told journalists in summing up outcomes of the negotiations between the Normandy Quartet leaders in Minsk on Thursday.
