Trilateral Contact Group agrees to Feb 15 ceasefire – Poroshenko
A truce in Donbas will be put into place on February 15, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko told reporters on Thursday, at the end of the Minsk talks.
"I have just been told about the Trilateral Contact Group's signing of a document drawn up under a huge stress and during heated debates. The most important achievement is the agreement to declare an unconditional and comprehensive ceasefire at 00:00 on [February] 15," Poroshenko said.
