Hollande, Merkel arrive in Minsk for Ukraine crisis talk
French President Francois Hollande and Germany's Chancellor Angela Merkel have arrived in Minsk to take part in peace talks on the Ukraine crisis on Wednesday, a Reuters witness at the airport said.
