Ukraine talks in Berlin see "certain tangible results" – Kyiv's ambassador to Germany
Foreign Ministry officials from Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia completed their meeting in Berlin, where possible options for settling the conflict in the east of Ukraine were discussed, Ukrainian Ambassador to Germany Andriy Melnyk said on his Twitter account on Tuesday.
"The eight-hour difficult talks in Berlin have just finished with certain tangible results for the Normandy format meeting of these states' leaders in Minsk," he said.
