Russian, Ukrainian, German, French leaders could meet in Minsk Feb 11
The German, French, Russian and Ukrainian leaders could meet on Wednesday to discuss the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict, Associated Press reported.
According to the German chancellor's spokesman Steffen Seibert, the decision to meet was made after the four leaders' telephone talks on Sunday, February 8.
The talks were substantive, Seibert said.
No further details were provided.
Preparations for the meeting will be held in Berlin on Monday, Seibert said.
