NATO, Russia stance on Ukraine differs – Stoltenberg
There is difference in Russia and NATO view on the situation in Ukraine, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said after the meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Munich on Saturday.
"We assess sit in Ukraine differently. I underscored Russia's responsibility," NATO spokesperson Oana Lungescu quotes Stoltenberg on her Twitter.
"I explained all our measures are defensive. We keep channels of dialogue open," the Secretary General stressed.
