German Chancellor Angela Merkel will arrive in Moscow for negotiations with the presidents Vladimir Putin of Russia and Francois Hollande of France between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Moscow time on Friday, a German source with knowledge on the matter told Interfax.

"She will arrive sometime between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., right before the meeting," the source said.

The source said Merkel does not plan to spend the night in Moscow.
