OSCE Chief Monitor in Ukraine to address OSCE Permanent Council on Feb 5
Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, Ambassador Ertugrul Apakan, will address the OSCE Permanent Council regarding Ukrainian situation in Vienna on February 5.
"As part of a regular reporting process, Ambassador Apakan will present the Mission's latest report on activities and observations to the Permanent Council," the OSCE reported on its website.
