Yatseniuk instructs regional governors to prepare war economy plans
Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has urged regional governors to prepare plans for mobilizing the national economy in case of a full-scale war in Ukraine.
"Unfortunately, not all regions have treated this issue carefully enough. I demand that each region provide the final plan of mobilization of the national economy against the possibility that we will have to switch to a war footing," the prime minister said, during a conference call with the heads of regional state administrations in Kyiv on Friday.
