Ukrainian General Staff: Over 340 wounded servicemen receiving treatment in Ukraine, another 26 abroad
A total of 367 servicemen engaged in the anti-terrorist operation in southeastern Ukraine are receiving hospital treatment, acting spokesman for the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff Vladyslav Selezniov said.
"As of today, medical institutions of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry are treating 341 servicemen of the Armed Forces and other formations injured in the course of the ATO. Twenty-one of them are in grave condition," he said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Friday.
According to Selezniov, 26 Ukrainian soldiers are receiving treatment abroad, including six in Lithuania, five in Israel and Germany, three in the United States and Latvia, two in the United Kingdom, one in Italy and another one in Estonia.
