OSCE monitors en route to site of bus stop shelling in Donetsk
The Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE SMM) has sent its representatives to Donetsk's district where a shell hit a public transport stop on Thursday morning, SMM spokesperson Iryna Gudyma told Interfax.
As reported earlier, at least 13 people were killed and another 20 were injured as a result of shelling of a public transport stop in Donetsk on Thursday morning, local medics said.
