EU Council to consider on Monday recognition of DPR, LPR as terrorist organizations - media
Head of the EU Delegation in Ukraine Jan Tombinski has denied that Europe and the United States have different views on the Ukrainian issue, Voice of America reported.
"The European Union is not changing its approach to Russia. There are discussions, because the EU is a union of democratic countries. But it is clear that the unity of the EU and the United States on this path has been proven. And it was demonstrated last year," Tombinski said.
According to the diplomat, the EU foreign ministers will consider on Monday the possibility of recognizing the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics as terrorist organizations.
