UN Security Council to discuss situation in Ukraine next week
The UN Security Council will meet next week to discuss the situation in Ukraine, U.N. diplomats have told reporters.
The discussion was initiated by Lithuanian delegates due to the deterioration of the situation in Donbas, specifically in the area around Donetsk Airport, and an increase in the civilian death toll.
This will be the 27th UN Security Council meeting on the Ukrainian crisis.
