Bus services between Donetsk and Mariupol was again suspended at Wednesday noon, Donetsk Region Administration reported referring to the regional industrial development department.
The administration said that buses which departed from Mariupol on Wednesday morning and arrived in Donetsk bypassed Volnovakha. "There is neither direct nor bypass traffic between the two cities now. Passenger service will not reopen on this route until further notice," it said.
Twelve people were killed and 16 were injured in the shelling of a bus near Volnovakha in Donetsk region on January 13. The Donetsk region authorities closed the Donetsk-Mariupol road for traffic. The traffic was briefly restored on Wednesday morning.
