The self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) confirms Kyiv's general compliance with the ceasefire regime but says light weapons were used overnight, LPR chief negotiator in Minsk Vladislav Deinego told Interfax on Tuesday.
"Kyiv declared a ceasefire at 2 p.m. yesterday. We ceased fire too. The truce was generally observed overnight but for one light weapons incident. So, we will come to Minsk in any case. The only question is what we will be discussing," Deinego said.
