Normandy-format foreign ministers to meet again next week – German foreign minister
A new meeting of the foreign ministers of Ukraine, Russia, Germany and France in Normandy format to settle the situation in Donbas will be held next week, German Foreign Minister Frank Walter-Steinmeier said after talks in Berlin.
The meeting will be held on condition there is progress in the settlement of the situation in the east of Ukraine, he added.
The four countries' political directors will meet ahead of the ministerial meeting, he said.
"We have agreed that if progress is achieved at the level of political directors in the coming days, we will be ready to hold another meeting next week in order to continue our current discussions," Steinmeier said.
