Press secretary calls media claim of Putin buying villa in Spain 'unoriginal joke'
The Russian president's press secretary Dmitry Peskov denied Western media reports that Vladimir Putin had bought a villa in Spain.
"It is not true. It is an unoriginal joke," Peskov told the Ekho Moskvy radio station.
The British tabloid Daily Mail earlier published an article claiming this.
