Ukrainian president: Minsk negotiation format should continue

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko insists that negotiations on the resolution of the situation in eastern Ukraine in the Minsk format continue.

"We demand that the Minsk format in Minsk should continue," he told a press conference in Kyiv on Monday.

Poroshenko said the demands to withdraw the troops from the line of contact, observe the regime of silence, continue releasing hostages, close the borders, and withdraw troops should be fulfilled.
