Leonid Kuchma, the second president of Ukraine and a representative of Kyiv in the negotiations on the situation in eastern Ukraine, has arrived in Minsk, where the next meeting of the three-party contact group will take place on Wednesday.
"Leonid Danylovych [Kuchma] is already in Minsk," a source close to the negotiation organizers told Interfax-Ukraine.
