Ukrainian FM: Trilateral Group for Ukraine planned to convene in Minsk on Wednesday
The Trilateral Contact Group for Ukraine is planned to convene in Minsk on Wednesday, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said.
"We are planning this meeting for tomorrow. Negotiations are still in progress and we do not know yet if one meeting will be enough," he told reporters in Kyiv on Tuesday.
According to the Ukrainian minister, the meeting will center on the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements.
"What we are seeing now is a very fragile ceasefire, which results from the fulfillment of Minsk agreements precisely by us," Klimkin said.
He said it was important for every side to honor its Minsk commitments.
The delivery of Ukrainian humanitarian aid to the eastern regions is another important item on the agenda of the upcoming meeting, the minister said.
"We must do so that Ukrainian humanitarian aid immediately reaches everyone who is suffering," the minister said.
