New partial mobilization will be in 2015 - Poroshenko
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said there would be new partial mobilization next year.
"There is the need in 2015 to hold a cycle of partial mobilization," the president said, speaking about the situation in the ATO area at a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council on Saturday.
