Public joint-stock company Donbasenergo has changed its legal address from Donetsk to the territory which is under control of Ukrainian authorities.
The decision was approved by the company's shareholders at a meeting on December 17, the company's press service reported.
"Donbasenergo exploits Starobesheve and Sloviansk thermal power plants with a total capacity of 2,880 megawatts.
Sloviansk thermal power plant was stopped as the plant was damaged due to armed hostilities and it is being reconstructed now. Five units of Starobesheve plant are operating.
