Military-industrial complex agency to be established by Cabinet of Ministers – PM
The Cabinet of Ministers will create an agency responsible for issues concerning the military-industrial complex, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has stated.
"The government will establish an agency for the military-industrial complex," the premier said during a presentation of the government’s legislative program at the Verkhovna Rada on Tuesday.
The Prime Minister went on to say that the government will propose amendments to the law governing procurement for the Ukrainian military.
"As part of the framework amending the law governing state procurement, we must also change the system by which Ukroboronprom is managed", said Yatseniuk.
