Ukraine to sue Russia for breach of counter-terror convention – Yatseniuk
Ukraine has launched the procedure for filing a lawsuit with the UN International Court of Justice, accusing Russia of breaching a counter-terrorism convention, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said at a cabinet session on Tuesday.
