Ukraine, Poland to expand visa opportunities for Ukrainians - ambassador
During the Ukrainian-Polish consultations, the agreement was reached to start negotiations on the issue of two-year tourist visas to Ukrainians, and on expanding the local border traffic.
"The results of the Ukrainian-Polish consultations: Poland will issue two-year tourist visas, expand local border traffic to 50+, begin the negotiation process," the Ukrainian Ambassador to Poland Andriy Deschytsia wrote on his Twitter on Friday.
Poland introduced local border traffic with Ukraine in the 30-kilometer border zone in July 2009.
