Yatseniuk-led government allocates UAH 19 bln for army needs
The Ukraine's government for the whole period of its nine-month work allocated UAH 19 billion for the needs of army, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk reported.
"UAH 19 billion is [an amount of money], which we managed to raise for the Armed Forces, army and National Guard," he said before the government's sitting on Wednesday.
The premier said that financing was meant for establishing of the National Guard and purchase of the modern military machinery for the Armed Forces.
