EBRD ready to back corporate sector in Ukraine financially
Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatseniuk on Tuesday met with President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Suma Chakrabarti, who is on a visit to Ukraine.
"The head of the government discussed with EBRD President the priorities of cooperation in the frames of the package of reforms and crisis support of Ukraine adopted by the bank on November 19. In particular, the matter concerns transparency of spending state budget, stabilization of the bank sector, energy sector reform," the website of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
Moreover, Chakrabarti confirmed EBRD's readiness for further volume development of activities in Ukraine, including financial support of the corporate sector.
