Ukrainian border guards get UAH 235 mln to fortify border - NSDC

Ukrainian border guards have received UAH 235 million to fortify Ukraine's state border, National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) spokesman Andriy Lysenko has said.

"The State Border Service has received UAH 235 million for the engineering arrangement of the Ukrainian-Russian border and the demarcation line in the anti-terrorist operation zone," he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Monday.

Border guards, according to Lysenko, determined the highest priority areas where the work is underway.
