Ukrainian president expects new Cabinet of Ministers to begin to be formed this week
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko believes a coalition agreement should be signed and a new government should begin to be formed this week.
"I hope the first session of the newly elected Verkhovna Rada should take place this week. A coalition agreement should not only be initialed, but also signed this week. And I expect the parliamentary factions to make their proposals on the formation of the government this week, too. We have no reason to waste time," Poroshenko told a press conference that he was giving together with Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite in Kyiv on Monday.
The president said he is convinced that the future government should be pro-European and professional.
